Item must be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.

Note: Final T-shirt image designs may not be exactly as the image is shown on the Design panel.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Item may be exchanged for these reasons:

• You ordered the wrong size.
• There is a defect with the item.
• We made a mistake and sent the wrong item.

If you wish to exchange or return an item for the reasons above you are responsible for return shipping charges.  But we will ship you a return item for no charge.

What to do:
1. Complete the Return Form included with your order.  Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your desired placement item(s).
2. Place the item(s) in a suitable box or envelope.
3.  You are responsible for return shipping charges.  We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking.  Grim Days is not responsible for lost shipments.

When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return. 
The return process time is within two weeks.
